Convert HEIC or HEIF photos (the default format on iPhones) to JPG so they open anywhere.
HEIC is Apple's default photo format since iOS 11 — it saves space, but many older apps, websites and Windows programs don't support it directly.
A small amount, as with any format conversion, but at 90% quality the difference is generally not visible.
